Methodology

A structured path from concept to completion.

Thirty years of projects distill into a repeatable shape. Three pillars, in order, each with a clear deliverable.

The three pillars

Consulting & architecture

We explore your vision together and produce a comprehensive solution blueprint — domain model, tenancy design, integration map, and a plan you could hand to any competent team (though we hope you'll keep us).

Implementation

An agile, best-practices build: tested from the first commit, reviewed continuously, demoed to you in working software rather than status decks.

Deployment & handover

A seamless launch — hosting, CI/CD, observability — and a handover that leaves your team genuinely in control, with documentation that matches the code.

Our technology platform: the .NET ecosystem

We standardize on Microsoft's tightly integrated .NET ecosystem deliberately. One coherent platform — language, runtime, UI, and cloud — delivers software that is more secure, more performant, and more economical to own than a patchwork of loosely related open-source frameworks. That is the synergy effect.

.NET (LTS)

The foundation. Unmatched performance and long-term support — one runtime from web APIs to background services.

.NET MAUI

True cross-platform. Native iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac applications from a single codebase.

Blazor

The web tier. Server, WebAssembly, and Hybrid modes for robust, secure, highly interactive web applications — in C#, not a second language.

Telerik / Syncfusion

Best-in-class UI. Professional, accessible component suites that accelerate delivery without sacrificing polish.

ServiceStack

The service tier. Message-based APIs defined once as a shared contract, with typed clients generated from it for C#, TypeScript, Swift, and Java. The website, the iOS app, and the Android app all call the same service — and none of them can drift from it.

LLMs + MCP

The new layer. Agentic AI built on Anthropic's Model Context Protocol — see how we pioneered it.

Cross-platform by default, native when it counts

One codebase, every screen

.NET MAUI is our strategic choice for multi-platform work — iOS and Android across phones, tablets, and watches, plus Windows and macOS, from a single codebase. For most products that is simply the efficient answer: one set of business logic, one test suite, one release rhythm, and no divergence between platforms as the product evolves.

Fully native when the platform demands it

Some products need the platform's own language and tooling. We build those natively too — Swift for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, and Java in Android Studio for Android phones, tablets, and watches. That is the right call when an app depends on deep platform APIs, needs new OS features the day they ship, or must meet a platform's own conventions exactly.
